Whether sitting in the living room or waking up in the master bedroom you are immediately treated to a gorgeous ocean view through the sliding glass doors and you see the inspiration for the name of this wonderful place, 7 palm trees to frame your oceanfront vista. Enjoy your morning coffee on the patio as you watch the beach come to life. Spend the day on the beach, or head into Historic St. Augustine for some sightseeing and history lessons! Marineland is s short drive away, as are outlet malls and golf courses. Something for everyone here! The Island House condo complex also offers loads of options, whether it is lounging by the beachfront pool, playing a game of tennis, or enjoy a blast from the past with a game of shuffleboard!

After all that time in the sun you’ll want to relax a bit. Enjoy a movie in the comfy living room with new furnishings. Kids can rest with a nap in the second bedroom, complete with a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. Is it dinner time already? Our newly remodeled, well-stocked, kitchen will make whipping up a meal easy and quick. It is open to the living space so you can still enjoy company while you cook. The dining table can seat 6, with a few extra bar stools at the kitchen peninsula so everyone can spend family time together.

Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the patio, or head out for a walk on the beach. After that full day you’ll be ready for bed! The master bedroom with its king bed has plenty of space to stretch out, and the second bedroom is perfect for the kids of all ages. Want to bring two more? No problem! The living room has a pull out couch with a very comfortable memory foam mattress! And each bedroom comes equipped with its own bathroom, perfect for washing off the sand and salt after a day on the beach.

Is there anything more relaxing and enjoyable than waking up to an ocean front view and being steps from the beach? We don’t think so! This townhome will have you coming back yearly for family vacations you will never forget!

  This is our second time staying at Seven Palms. It always feels like home which will keep bringing us back year after year. The view is the was so lovely to eat breakfast and lunch with THAT view. The master bed was so was the first place that we slept so well that we were not missing our own bed. The beautiful kitchen with everything we needed to cook, the games provided, the comfy recliner and is all the attention to details that have us planning (as well as my mother in law) to come back summer 2023.

  The location was good. We enjoyed being able to see the ocean and hear the waves crashing. We were close to grocery stores and restaurants. A short drive to St. Augustine which was great.
  We were very disappointed in the shape and cleanliness of this unit. The furniture was old and stained. The unit needs to have a good deep cleaning. All the counters and cabinets and tables and dishes and glasses and silverware had layers of grease on them. We had to wash everything before we used them.
  The pool was fine but could have better chairs as some were torn and not useable.

  This was our second winter at this site. The view is outstanding. The condo complex is clean and quiet. It is a very short walk to the pool and the beach. The unit we stay in is spectacular. It is comfy and you quickly can feel right at home. Everything you would ever need im the kitchen is there. Leave your beach equipment home, there are chairs, unbrellas, towels, even beach toys. What a find!

  There are way more pros to this rental than cons. The Cons: Looking at the pics, I thought there would be a little bit more of a view and the dune wasn't very high. However, the view was a little obstructed more than I believed it would be. Also from the pics I thought there was a path closer to the unit that led to the beach, but it's still not far to get on the path that goes down to the water. The unit itself could definitely use some updating as far as furnishing and fixtures décor and such.
  Outside of that, it was a wonderful place to vacay. It is well stocked with everything you need from shower linens to beach towels and the like. The location was wonderful. You were just far enough outside the crowds to relax and recharge but just a skip and hop from the action and attractions that St. Augustine has to offer. I loved the layout of the unit. It was perfect for our party of 6. There was enough room for everyone and didn't seem cramped. The master bath is a great size and I loved the shower in there. Lastly, the management company was wonderful. They kept me updated with emails and even called after we checked into the unit, to see if we needed anything or if they could help us in any way. Very professional. Would definitely stay here again. : ).
