This condo is directly across the street from Anastasia State Park with its biking, hiking, birding and more. With all of it's beautiful touches you’ll feel right at home and right at the beach.

The condo welcomes you with a comfy, well-appointed living room complete with cable TV and an Xbox 1. It’s the perfect place to relax after spending the day exploring. The dining room has seating for 4 with two optional additional spots so everyone can fit! The kitchen comes with everything you could need to whip up a meal. Don’t feel like cooking? No problem! There are some excellent restaurants including Salt Life within walking distance of this unit.

Once you’re done with dinner both of the bedrooms have very comfortable beds perfect for getting a good night’s sleep. The master bedroom has a brand new queen mattress on the bed while the second bedroom has two twin XL’s. Got some extra folks in your party? That’s alright- the couch in the living room pulls out to a queen as well! This unit also has a pack-n-play so your baby stays safe and sound. Each bedroom has its own TV so everyone can watch their own shows while they unwind. The bathrooms are perfect for washing the salt and sand off after spending the day at the beach or sticking the kids in the bathtub for some splash time.

This complex has many other amenities very close by including a YMCA across the street, Anastasia State Park right across the street, the beach and St. Augustine Pier are less than half a mile away and easily walkable. The St. Augustine Pier offers fishing and sightseeing for a nominal fee, while the park in front has a children’s splash park and playground plus sand volleyball courts for anyone who wants to test their skills. But we know you're really here for the beautiful, sandy beaches. Perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or simply taking a walk, you'll find yourself there every day!

The Lighthouse and Alligator Farm are right down the road, less than a 5 minute drive. And Historic St. Augustine including the Castillo and St. George St. are right across the Bridge of Lions.

  Simply Anastasia is a great property: Spacious, immaculate, a good neighborhood and location, thoroughly equipped, comfortable, newer appliances, well maintained and a bargain for the region. I will light on several issues; but they're too insignificant to discourage renting again or recommending the property to others.
  
  Access from Pope Rd and to routes A1AS for shopping and restaurants or A1A Beach Blvd for ocean activities is easy, Anastasia State Park is across the street, it's a five minute walk to a secluded, wide beach and a ten minute walk to Ron Parker Park with tennis courts, nice playgrounds and a bathroom. The first caveat: there is no sidewalk on the south side of Pope Rd; you have to cross over to the north side, which has a wide path going east/west. Pope Rd is low traffic and the neighborhood is safe and quiet.
  
  There's about 12 parking spots which serve the two 4 unit buildings and only a 50 foot walk to the door. The key lock box is a bit tricky; but you'll figure it out. The pool and dumpster are about 100 yards away and Clipper Ct is also low traffic and safe for walking. Caveat #2: It rained sideways and the entire covered patio got drenched; don't leave anything out there you want to stay dry. A pair of comfortable chairs and side table were a nice spot for morning Starbucks. With two children and three adults, we were a bit loud; but didn't hear a peep from the other three units all week.
  
  You walk directly into the living room, a big six person table is adjacent with four chairs and each bedroom had folding chairs. The kitchen has access to the laundry closet, bathroom #2 and a storage closet with beach toys. There's also a second corridor with access to the master and guest bedrooms as well as the furnace and hot water heater closet; our boys enjoyed doing laps around both.

  I have stayed here before and the location and condo are great. I like to go to the beach in the morning and the pool in the afternoon. This listing has a pool but both times I have been here it’s broken. Someone said it was closed due to covid, nope! The pool didn’t pass inspection. If the pool is not in working condition then it should not be listed as an amenity. I would not have stayed here if I knew the pool was broken again! We were coming back in Aug and now I am looking for a different condo!

  We had a great experience at this condo. It was our second year in a row renting it. It is clean, affordable, and just a few minutes to walk to the beach. It’s a very short ride to downtown St Augustine and all of the shopping and restaurants. The community pool is close and we always had a place to park. The mgr is wonderful and addressed us immediately when we had a question or needed anything at all. I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. I highly recommend staying here if your thinking about it.

  This townhouse made me feel like it's my home away from home. So privileged to have stayed in this clean home. Owner contacted us before and after our stay which is a nice courtesy. The property description is accurate regarding the location, amenities and layout. It's located on the ground level and the parking spot is just a few steps away from the door which is so convenient. We love that it's walking distance from the beach. Place had beach towels and beach toys which is so helpful. They also had a tent which we didn't discover till after the fact but I thought I would mention here cause that's one less thing to worry about. Kitchen is fully equipped. It's about 15 minutes away with no traffic from Old St. Augustine. We went there on our first night and we were hoping to at Harry's-both the owner and YELP rave about this place. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to go because the wait was for over an hour even at 8PM and everyone was hungry my then especially my 12 year old son and 82 year old mom. We walked right around the corner and we discovered a Greek restaurant. Food was on the satisfactory side. The lamb was very salty. For dessert, we went to the French Macaroon place 2 doors down and that was fantastic. We would stay here again and highly recommend it.

  Condo was very clean and my family of five was very comfortable there. There is a nice sized pool and the beach was a 2-3 min walk down the street. It was a very short ride maybe five min to all of the attractions & downtown St Agustine. Condo had a nice washer & dryer, comfortable beds and nicely equipped kitchen. We loved it and are hoping to get the same unit when we go back next summer.
